    By completing this form you are agree authorise Flight Delay Pay to act on your behalf in respect of settling your flight claim. We will instruct our solicitors to present a claim to the airline on behalf of the passengers listed. You understand that we work on a No-win-No-fee basis, which means if we aren’t successful you won’t have to pay anything. When we do recover compensation from the airline we will deduct our fees, as detailed in our Terms and Conditions on our website.     Compensation claims are only applicable to flights leaving an EU airport and / or any flight arriving to an EU airport by an EU registered carrier that results in either of the following:

    • 3 hour or more delay.

    • Flight cancellation if not notified 2 weeks or more prior to departure.

    • If an Alternative flight is: a minimum of 1 hour or more earlier taking off or 2 hours or more late on arrival.

    • Denied Boarding / Overbooked provided you are on time with valid papers.

    • Re-routed with a minimum delay of 2 hours.

    When you instruct us to handle your claim you will get the following:

    • Metrological conditions checked

    • Delay timings checked

    • Claim checked with existing successful claims

    • Legal letter to the Airline as checked by our solicitor

    • Court proceeding drafted by our solicitor

    • Court representation

    • Court fees paid by Flight Delay Pay

    • Expert fees paid when required by Flight Delay Pay
