Will you take the airline to court on my behalf?

Yes if necessary and we will pick up the legal fees. If we do, we do it on a no win, no fee basis.  If, however, we do succeed, we will charge 25% of the amount paid out by the airline, plus £25 per passenger involved in your claim.
